Pricing
Prices and costs vary on the type of services required.

Service calls are $35.00, if it is a 30 min drive or more there is an additional $25.00 for travel time.

On site service is $45.00/hr to diagnose or repair problems.

Custom built computer system prices vary depending on the customer needs and type of system they need, and how much they want to spend.

Web designing is $199.00 for a 5 page basic.

Web Marketing price depends on what type of service or package the customer needs.

Web Hosting is $10.00 a month.

After hours and holidays:

Service Call is $70.00 and on site service is $80.00/hr.

Why choose a custom built system
There are two different types of PC's. The custom built system and the pre-built system.

The pre-built are systems like Dell, Compaq, Gateway, and E-machines and so on.

Pre-built PC's can only be upgraded to a certain extent. The motherboards in these machines are usually proprietary which mean everything is usually on board: like sound card, video card, network card or even modem which means if one those components goes bad you have to replace the board, and upgrade ability is limited. That means processor speed, memory, and expansion slots to have add-on accessories.

Custom built systems are PC's built to the customers specifications which means upgrade ability is not limited to just one processor speed, memory, or even expansion slots for add-on accessories.

Problems that can arise
Although data loss is not common, it can still happen, usually only 1-2 files are lost. Therefore we cannot guarantee that data backup will be intact after backup. We are not responsible for data lost. You should have a good backup of your data before any work is done.

We perform software configuration, trouble can arise and depends on the software and what the customer needs it to configured with. There are so many different types of software out there not all can be configured with other software (ex. AOL is one). Some configurations may need the designers of the software to be contacted.

Hardware configurations can have its share of problems: if the customer wants to use some of their old components in a new system hardware conflicts can arise from this. Faulty hardware is another issue as well. Sometimes this happens as well (maybe 5% of the time).

Troubleshooting of hardware and/or software configurations are done free of charge as a service to the customer during initial setup of systems, we never charge over initial estimated time.
